1. About EcoPass

EcoPass Tajikistan ("EcoPass", "we", "us") is an early-stage eco-tourism loyalty platform. By registering as a traveller or partner, you agree to these terms.

2. For Travellers

• Registration and the Day Pass are free. EcoPoints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Rewards and discounts are provided at the discretion of individual partner businesses and may change without notice.
• Annual Premium is an optional paid upgrade; pricing and benefits are described on the site at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to suspend a pass in cases of misuse (e.g. fraudulent QR check-ins).

3. For Partners

• The partner subscription ($10/month) and commission ($5 per confirmed visit) are currently arranged and confirmed manually, pending full payment automation.
• Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for honestly confirming traveller visits via the Partner panel.
• EcoPass may remove a partner listing for non-payment or fraudulent activity, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Partnership does not create an exclusive relationship — partners remain free to work with other platforms.

4. Pilot-Stage Disclaimer

EcoPass is currently in an early pilot phase. Features, pricing, and the partner network are actively evolving. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or specific traveller volumes to partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

EcoPass acts as a platform connecting travellers and local partners. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of partner businesses, tours, or accommodations — travellers engage with partners at their own discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as EcoPass develops, with a new "last updated" date shown above.
